Add 1 can of strained black beans to food processor

Roughly chop the onion

Add onion, pepper and adobo sauce to food processor


Transfer to medium size bowl

Add the other can of black beans, salsa,corn, salt, garlic and cumin

Add bread crumbs and egg

Mix together

Line a tray with parchment paper

Make patties out of the mix and place on lined sheet. I got 10 patties out of my mix

cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side

Flip after 5-6 min

Top with your favorite condiments and dig in!
